Cancellation Policy

For more than 3 days until the experience/event, you can rebook using the rebooking link from your booking confirmation. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. all-day events and for experiences/events that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions. This will be stated under "practical information" on the experience's product page.

With less than 3 days to the experience/event, the experience/event cannot be rebooked. Please note that the experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses to be covered, and therefore you cannot get the money back for the experience (event.

On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience/event (e.g. illness), please contact us we know that you will not be attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, as a rule, you are welcome to give your ticket to another side.
